Starfish

This illustration came about mostly because I just wanted to slap down some turquoise and coral on a canvas.  And then I started thinking more literally about the coral.  And then a mermaid jumped in there. 

This is one of the few pieces in which I'm totally satisfied with the colors; I think it's my 'happy' palette.
